Data Analyst – Quality, Safety & Regulatory

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics – Quality, Safety & Regulatory team. Our team’s mission is to generate proactive insights and analytical solutions that empower the organisation to make informed decisions that directly support product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

This role is suitable for an established Data Analyst, or an Associate Data Analyst ready to take the next step.

 

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver data‑informed insights and recommendations. Your focus will be on enhancing regulatory compliance, safety, and product quality through efficient, scalable, and well‑designed data and analytics solutions. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our analytics capability as the team and platforms continue to evolve.

As the functional data & analytics team within the broader Quality, Safety & Regulatory function, our team is in a unique position to deliver high value analytics that directly impact product quality and patient safety. We work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design data and analytics solutions that are trusted, secure, and scalable, with a strong focus on continuously improving how data is used across the organisation.

 

About You

  • You are intellectually curious and excited to learn.

  • You are adept at communicating complex concepts, such as relationship cardinality.
  • You enjoy seeing people’s “eyes light up” when they realise what good data and reporting can help them achieve.
  • You actively seek out opportunities to enable better insights across the organisation.
  • You enjoy championing best practices and seeing the positive impact they have on both technical deliverables and end‑user experience.
  • You bring a sense of humour to your work. 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a large organisation is preferred.
  • Experience with an enterprise data and reporting platform (Power BI preferred).
  • Proficiency with a coding language (SQL and/or DAX preferred).
  • Tertiary qualification in a technical or analytical discipline.
  • Experience other Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, would be an advantage.
