We have an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team based in Highbrook. This role would suit a graduate or someone who is early in their career and is looking to build specialist experience in compensation, benefits and HR analytics. You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and wider HR team, receiving guidance and support as you grow into the role.

 

You will contribute to: 

  • Supporting global remuneration review processes. 
  • Assisting with long-term incentive scheme administration and employee communications. 
  • Helping with job evaluations, benchmarking, and market data activities. 
  • Managing cyclical benefits programmes and responding to routine queries. 
  • Maintaining accurate data and supporting regular remuneration and benefits of reporting. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, commerce, finance, data analytics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent early-career experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and Excel. 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. 
  • An interest in developing specialist knowledge in compensation, benefits, remuneration processes and HR analytics. 
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. 
  • A flexible, curious, and proactive approach to learning and problem solving. 
  • An interest in using AI tools to improve processes, reporting and how work is delivered. 
  • Experience with PowerBI, SuccessFactors/SAP, remuneration processes or job evaluation would be beneficial, but is not essential.
