We have an opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team based in Highbrook. In this role you will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager to support our HR team and business to provide compensation and benefits support and people data analysis to deliver effective offerings for our people. You will have the opportunity to work across our full schedule of offerings which include supporting our salary review process, long-term incentive schemes, benefit programmes, job evaluations and benchmarking. You will also support with analysis across our HR programmes and people initiatives, and be able to develop analytical models to support this.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in generalist HR or compensation and benefits.
  • Experience supporting compensation and benefits processes such as salary review, remuneration modelling, insurance queries and claim processing.
  • Knowledge of the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology and experience with assessing job evaluations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Statistical analysis experience would be beneficial.
  • A flexible and curious approach to problem solving.
