About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our International Sales Operations team based at our head office in East Tamaki as a Commercial Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their commercial and international experience, providing support across a mix of operational and finance activities across the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis including commercial opportunities analysis, demand, pricing and stock management.
- Coordinate monthly revenue and expense forecasting processes for global sales operations
- Maintain and develop market models to support business decisions
- Support the development of the annual long-term plan and budget
- Drive continuous improvement of financial analysis practices within the team.
About you
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn about different aspects of business operations.
Key skills and experience we are looking for include:
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally with or working towards a CA (or equivalent qualification)
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Experience with Power BI, Planning & Analytics, and SAP would be advantageous
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of breaking down complex information and provide key insights
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks and projects
- Driven and proactive and keen to grow
