About the opportunity
We have an opening for a Clinical Research Scientist to join our Non-Invasive Ventilation team. This is a fixed term position until December 2026 covering parental leave.
You'll get involved in data analysis, clinical research, product development and clinical education. Experience on clinical research teams or similar would be valuable as you take the lead on collection and validation of biometric data from clinical trials.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
Biometric Data Analysis
- Experience handling biometric datasets (e.g., physiological measures, that reflect respiratory function) in clinical research settings.
- Ability to perform statistical analyses to support safety and efficacy evaluations.
Clinical Data Programming
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience developing scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and reporting.
Regulatory Compliance
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH for clinical data handling.
Data Quality & Integrity
- Strong attention to detail in validating and ensuring the accuracy of clinical datasets.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, and development teams.
- Strong communication skills to translate statistical and data insights into protocol recommendations.
- Motivation to build expertise in protocol development, study planning, and relationship management.
Experience in the following areas would be highly advantageous
- Sleep or Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) experience
- Imaging modalities, quantitative image analysis techniques.
