About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about clinical research and improving care and outcomes for patients with chronic health conditions. You will help drive the clinical research programme within our sleep business working with our local and international network/community.

As a Clinical Research Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute clinical and scientific insight across the full product lifecycle. You will identify improvement opportunities, help shape our clinical strategy, and ensure our products are supported by high-quality evidence.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and communicate clinical evidence in the context of current clinical practice.
  • Support clinical investigations including design, documentation, execution, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ISO-14155.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external clinical partners.
  • Identify new relationship opportunities and engage with clinical experts and clinical research sites around the world.
  • Provide clinical and therapy-related education through written and oral presentations and literature reviews
  • Contribute insights to clinically informed, differentiated product development.
  • Support F&Ps current portfolio of products including customer queries, post-market surveillance and ongoing education.

 

 

 

About you

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant health or scientific field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and statistical methods, ISO-14155, and GCP. Understanding and experience with Human Factors is beneficial.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including summarising and presenting clinical literature.
  • Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, respiratory, or sleep-related fields is preferred.
