Category Marketing Manager - 12mth FTC

Lead an established team and deliver global marketing impact in healthcare. 

 

We are seeking an experienced Category Marketing Manager to join our Invasive Ventilation & Humidifiers Marketing team on a 12month fixedterm contract, covering parental leave. 

 

This leadership role is responsible for guiding a team of five marketing and product management professionals and owning execution of global marketing strategy for innovative respiratory care technologies used worldwide. 

 

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with Product Development, Clinical, Sales, and regional teams to ensure clear direction, strong delivery, and continued performance across the portfolio. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of marketing professionals 
  • Deliver category and product marketing strategies across a category within the Invasive Ventilation and Humidifier portfolio 
  • Lead global product launches and ongoing lifecycle activities 
  • Develop clear, effective messaging that supports clinical practice and commercial success 
  • Partner with global sales teams to enable execution in key markets 
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally across Product Development, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain 
  • Represent the category in planning forums and with key internal and external stakeholders 

 

About you 

  • Significant experience in marketing or product management, ideally within healthcare or another complex, regulated environment 
  • Proven people leadership experience, with the confidence to lead an established team from day one 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Ability to quickly understand and interpret clinical or technical concepts 
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels 
  • Comfortable making decisions and setting direction in a global organisation 
  • Driven by work that has real impact on patient outcomes
