Associate Systems Analyst / Engineer
Join our Business Solutions team, where you’ll help deliver and support the digital systems that empower our people and strengthen key business functions such as HR, Manufacturing, and Sales and Marketing.

About the role:
As an Associate Systems Analyst/Engineer, you will support and enhance a range of commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) enterprise applications that underpin core business operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their challenges, translate their needs into actionable requirements, and recommend practical, scalable system solutions.
This role offers broad exposure across the systems lifecycle and the opportunity to develop skills in areas such as:
- Business and systems analysis
- Application configuration and support
- Test planning and execution
- Project coordination
- Continuous improvement initiatives
It’s an ideal position for someone early in their career who wants to deepen their technical capability while building strong business relationships.
About you:
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Have 0-2 years’ experience in a customer facing or technology focused role
- Are eager to broaden your understanding of enterprise technologies and how they can be combined to deliver business value
- Can absorb technical concepts and clearly explain them to a wide range of audiences
- Communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy building trusted relationships
- Are interested in managing systems throughout their lifecycle, from implementation to operation and continuous improvement
- Have a genuine passion for using technology to improve business processes
- Enjoy collaborating across ICT and working within a supportive team environment
- Ideally bring a foundation of technical skills (e.g., basic programming, scripting, personal hosting or server tinkering, system configuration)
