Our focus in the NIV marketing team is to support Product Development and Sales functions for NIV mask and humidified circuit product range. We have excellent products already in the market and an amazing pipeline of products to come that push the boundaries of innovation and require clinical change to help improve patient care and outcomes.  

  

The Role

In this permanent role, you'll contribute to the support of our multi-channel sales organisation. You'll work closely with the product development, regulatory and quality teams to navigate the complexities of product life cycle, education of sales organisation and documentation in our highly regulated Medical Device environment.

  • The ability to take ownership of projects or processes and manage it to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders 
  • A marketing/business, scientific, engineering or clinical qualification 
  • An ability to understand technical and clinical concepts 
  • The ability to work both independently and in a close-knit team 

  

This role is varied, requiring organisation, adaptability, creativity and resilience. Among the many responsibilities you will find yourself: 

  • Managing product life cycle from launch to obsolescence 
  • Translating materials to other languages 
  • Maintaining databases  
  • Assisting the development and release of product educational, promotional and digital materials  
  • filtering and coordinating the flow of information between design, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, legal and our global sales teams 
  • Presenting to small and large groups of people on our product and therapies.  

  

This role is suited for a graduate or up to 4/5 years work experience. The role and position will be tailored based on experience.
