Associate Product Manager

Our focus in the Airvo/Optiflow Marketing (Market Access) team is to achieve and maintain market access for continuously improving Airvo/Optiflow products.
The Opportunity:
You will be part of a team that contributes to supporting market access for over 170 products in the Airvo/Optiflow team. You'll work closely with product development, quality, regulatory and other marketing teams to navigate the complexities of the carefully regulated Medical Device environment.
In this role, you will be:
- executing the creation and release of product labelling to meet product and regulatory needs.
- filtering and coordinating the flow of information between design, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, legal, sales, and marketing across multiple product groups
- planning and execution of product releases to gain access to markets
- Identifying and undertaking opportunities for continuous improvement activities enhancing team effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate would have:
- a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders
- strong attention to detail
- the ability to work both independently and in a close-knit team
- great written and verbal communication skills
- outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- experience with professional software packages such as Adobe design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc.), is a plus
