About the opportunity

 

We are seeking an Associate Process Manager to join our Quality team. This role is pivotal in supporting, improving, and maintaining quality processes within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enable safe, effective devices for improved patient care. You’ll continuously improve QMS processes to help Fisher & Paykel Healthcare achieve the most efficient and effective quality outcomes.

 

Key Outcomes:

 

  • Support the achievement of annual plans for the Quality group
  • Gather data and report metrics for the Quality System
  • Assist in developing and coordinating improvements to quality processes
  • Deliver training and provide day-to-day guidance on QMS processes to employees across the business
  • Lead and manage minor improvements to QMS processes and documentation
  • Support the review and assessment of changes to standards and regulations impacting the F&P QMS

 

Impact:

  • Contribute to ensuring the Quality Management System complies with applicable standards and regulations, allowing operation and sales in desired markets
  • Ensure QMS processes operate harmoniously and provide a competitive advantage to users in achieving business plans

 

About you

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industries, or equivalent exposure to a regulated QMS environment
  • Experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS) in a highly regulated industry
  • Intermediate problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Foundational project management (plan tasks, track actions, and manage risks)
  • Effective communication; competent delivery of training and presentation material
