Associate Helpdesk Analyst

As a Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Associate Helpdesk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our ICT operations, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered in a timely manner. You will investigate and resolve low complexity customer issues and queries to ensure customer satisfaction or escalate appropriately for a timely resolution. Additionally, you will assist with the end-to-end procurement and deployment of computer systems and software, contributing to the seamless operation of our ICT services.
Your responsibilities and skill set will quickly expand while being a critical member of our large ICT team, servicing stackeholders in both NZ and the rest of the world.
About you:

You ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- 0 - 2 years experience in an ICT Customer Service or similar role
- Experience with business improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot pragmatically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Relationship building and networking skills
- Open to honest feedback to help develop your skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational management skills
