Associate Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Finance & Performance Manager, this role will partner with our Global Supply Chain team and have the curiosity to understand our business drivers to enable you to provide financial insights and expertise together with recommendations that contribute to enhanced business performance and sustainable profitable growth.   

 

About you 

You will be highly enthusiastic with a growth mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to get things done. The ability to focus and prioritize, coupled with good problem-solving skills, enables you to understand the detail and translate it into the bigger picture. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business. 

 

  • Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or other business disciplines.  

  • Chartered Accountant (member of CAANZ, CPA, CFA or international equivalent) 

  • 2+ years experience in financial analysis or commercial finance 

  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI 

  • Good commercial awareness, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be hands-on.
