We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics – Quality, Safety & Regulatory team. Our team’s mission is to generate proactive insights and analytical solutions that empower our business to make informed decisions.

The Role 

As an Associate Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Your focus will be on enhancing regulatory compliance, safety, and product quality. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in achieving our business objectives by identifying and delivering efficient and elegant data solutions.

Our Team 

As the functional data & analytics team within the broader Quality, Safety & Regulatory team, our team is in a unique position to deliver high value analytics that directly impact product quality and patient safety.  

We collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and then design and deliver data solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with the organisation’s goals. Our aim is to enable managed self-service BI across the business. 

About You 

You are a naturally curious and proactive professional who thrives on learning and continuous improvement. With strong communication skills, you excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, relatable insights for non-technical audiences. You’re passionate about the power of data and reporting, and you take genuine joy in helping others unlock its potential—often sparking those “aha” moments across the organisation.

You actively seek opportunities to drive better decision-making through data, championing best practices that elevate both technical outcomes and user experience. Your collaborative approach, balanced with the confidence to ask for help when needed, makes you a trusted and effective team member. And through it all, you bring a sense of humour and warmth that makes working with you a pleasure.

Along with the above, you will also have exposure/experience working with

  • Enterprise data and reporting platform preferred.
  • Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps preferred. 
  • A coding language - DAX & SQL preferred. 
  • And a tertiary qualification or similar in a numerical or technical discipline.
