Product Development Engineer - OSA Mask Response

About The Role

The Mask Response team works collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and looks forward to seeing you involved in projects critical to supporting products released to the market. This is a great opportunity for exposure to many parts of our business, and to learn what it takes to contend in the competitive landscape of the medical device industry.  

Key responsibilities of the role include:  

• Implementing design change solutions through change control processes 
• Ownership of project technical documentation through design controls and regulatory compliance 
• Design, development, and fabrication of metrology and product testing systems  
• Post-market surveillance activities and complaints investigation 
• Continuous improvement – changing processes to streamline support tasks 

Skills & Experience

You will have an Engineering, Science or Biomedical qualification and have some engineering experience or be a new grad who can start straight away.  You have good knowledge of the design process and are proficient in problem solving and technical writing.  Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships allow you to hit the ground running and showcase your engineering talent.    

Plastics and/or medical device design knowledge is an advantage.
